How Do You Feel About Your Job?POLL

Im not so happy at my current job.. Just curious how everyone else feels?

I love my job, really its taken so long for me to find a place that I can say I really love. The people I work with, the work ethic, everything is really what work should be...if Im sick I go home, if I have something i need to take care of no problem.

I would say that I am one level below LOVING my job

i have so much time off i take off every other friday and whenever i need to. I can leave early or come in late - i make my own schedule.

I like my work when I remember that I am helping people. The work gets boring when I think in terms of 'Cases' instead of 'People'

I love 90% of my coworkers.

There is an insane amount of overtime available but i have to get the motivation to take advantage of it at time and a half

oh yeah and my commute is less than 20 minutes

My job is just a part-time and I work at a club. Its basically a party every night which can get exhausting but I guess it could be worse. I just cant do a 9 to 5, I dont have it in me.

I was not so happy with my job (which was buying back Timeshares from owners) with the changes in VP's and management it really got bad so I gave my notice for my last day to be next Friday the 16th but I got a huge shock yesterday when I was asked to leave earlier with full pay. So now I don't work but plan on looking into some classes to brush up what my original love was - accounting/auditing. i am just going to take a few weeks to relax then look part time.

But I really did love it in the beginning but since January of this year it just bombed and the manager this week could not accept that she needed improvement. But I at least i am getting paid for next week if not I would have fought to stay until my last day.

Hate my job-nothing here to challenge me or stimulate my mind. Nor do they want me to. I am paid to be perky, flirty in a a 'corporate way'I and deal with the vast neurosis of everyone I come across, not to have a mind or an opinion.

I'm just a cute ornament who answers phones-somethign pretty to look at like the ming vases and persiaon carpets they palstered this place with. Its just until I get my teachign degree and then I am out fo here.

Don't really enjoy my job, but it pays the bills.
I have seniority here so that make a bit of a difference.
Just bores the heck out of me sometimes and I have what seems like a million little business to take care of. Gets to be such a pain in the arse trying to keep everyone in line and problems to a minimum.

I love my job. I work in the jewelry industry. I get to go to Vegas once a year all expenses paid. I leave early every Friday (1:30 or earlier). As much time off as I need personal/sick days. And my vacation has never been questioned, though I rarely take all the time off I am actually given. I get paid a nice salary and get some bonuses/perks too. My boss is great, I work with my mom too so I get to see her everyday which is nice. I could deal without one of my coworkers but besides that it's all good!

I wish I love my job

It has a good deal of perks, but I feel unchallenged and very stagnant. It's a mess here and this job just feels like a placeholder.

I HATED my previous job. Not so much the people, but more what I was doing. And my boss would pi*s me off a lot! And I always felt like they were telling me I wasn't doing enough work yet I was alwaysdoing something. Im at a temp to perm job now at a place I had temped at before. I like it. I dont do much. But its better money and the people are nice!

I chose love because I truly do love my friends at work and I love the cause (representing children in legal proceedings) and I love courtroom work.

However, i despise the state of affairs in the office. The morale is getting low because of the bigwigs that try to nickel and dime us (like pulling away two sorely needed comp days from us) and the pay is just abysmal for my field.

However, I work with some very wonderful people and I adore knowing that I provide some stability in a child's life and fight for their rights!

I HATE my job. 1- I work for the goverment and 2. I have to tell people that they have sexually transmitted diseases and find out who they had sex with and tell those people that they need to get tested. I've been here for 8 years and I'm totally burned out

i can't stand my job! i sit here most days w/ nothing to do. i've def outgrown my job, there's really nothing new to learn, or any place to move up to. it would be tolerable if i liked the people i worked with, but i can only stomach a few of them. but i'm meeting with a headhunter on monday, so hopefully someday soon i'll be out of here!
