How is your relationship with SIL

How many Sister in laws do you have ?
and what is your relationship with them like?

Me: Dh has 1 sister, and also his brothers wife...so that'd be = 2
Ideally i would have like to be close and good friends with them, but im not. We are really nice, and civil to each other, and remember to call each other for bdays, and all major holidays, but its not like we would go out for mani/pedi's and lunch together...oh well!

DH has a sister and then his brother's wife. We are all VERY close. They are two of my very best friends. We talk almost every day and hang out regularly and really enjoy each other's company.

Currently 0, though both BIL's have long term girlfriends. But they are both younger and one is to young to settle down, the other is to crazy with no intentions of settling when he can have one girlfriend and lots of arm candy.

I get along with them decently, though neither are the types of girls I would be great friends with. But I like them in a get along with them at family holidays type of way. Being that Jason is NOTHING like his brothers I wouldn't expect either of them to end up with girls that would be my best friends.

DH's cousins (who are practically immediate family and have a shore house next to ours) however I LOVE! All the girls are great, even though they are older then me, and his cousin Mike's girlfriend is sweet and fun and I wish I saw her more. Also Mike has two friends who grew up basically as his brothers. One is a bit of a womanizer, but the other is dating one of my closest friends from HS, so that makes me happy.

DH has one sister. We're not close but get along fine when we do see each other. She lives in FL so we don't see each other often. We have the kind of relationship where when we see each other it's great and when we don't, that's fine too.

DH isn't close to her either.

DH has two older sisters and I love them! I get along with them good and have a lot of fun with them, and they're both really easy to talk to and very honest. It's nice because it feels like they're actually my sisters too.

DH has one sister, who is about 6 months younger than my younger sister, so like 5 years younger than me. We're not super super close, but we do get along. She's just younger than me, and has been very sheltered so seems even younger, so we're not really tight yet. I'm sure that will change as she gets older, because she doesn't have any sisters of her own and has a small circle of friends from what I can tell.

BIL has a long term gf, and I'm pretty sure she'll be my SIL sometime in the near future too. We get along, but we don't hang out or really do much together outside of family parties and my pre-wedding parties. They mainly keep to their own set of friends, and DH and I are loners haha, so we don't get the chance to socialize that often.

DH has one brother, and he is married, so one SIL. We get along well - she is fun, keeps family events light, etc. but we don't see each other a ton as DH and his brother aren't getting along well, and they live about 1.5 hours away. Also, she is 15 years older than me, so there is the age gap as well. But I love her and am blessed to have her.

I have three- Dhs 2 sisters and BILs wife. I do not really get along with DHs sisters they always make me feel like and outsider but BILs wife and I have a great relationship. I feel like my SIL and I are the only ones who try to bring our DHs and their siblings together. I love her! She is my favorite in law.

dh has 2 brothers and i have 3 sisters and a brother and i know how lucky to say that we all hang out and get along!!!!!!! weekends we all go out or go by one another's house and my bil comes on vacation with us all the time

I HAVE NO SIL'S!!! Im lucky DH is an only child. U never no what you get when they have sisters. I feel bad for my bro's girlfriend i mean the poor girl has to deal with 3 sisters. ugh. But we love her so its good.

I have a SIL, DH's sister and we get along but we aren't close in any way, shape or form. Two TOTALLY different people!

I have 2 SIL's both are married to DH's brothers. I get along with them but dont see them very often. one lives in Colorodo.

I have 3 SILs and 2 BILs... well maybe technically 3 now if SIL's husband counts?? Yup DH is one of six...his parents are nuts.

ANyways I love them all....2 of his sisters are 2 of my best friends, the 3rd we get along btu we're not super close but she's kinda distant from the whole family, she's just like that. BIL I love to death and my younger BIL is only 16 but he's a great kid and I love him too. I am very lucky!

OH YEA how could I forget...my brother just got engaged so I'll have soon another SIL....and I am thrilled...I love her a lot, she asked me to be in the wedding and we are starting to get close so I look forward to developing a good relationship with her :)

I have 2 SIL and get along great... We chat online, when I'm in NYC we get together and shop and go out.. There are super cool with me!! Laugh and enjoy our time together....
