4 weeks to the day. They didn't call me to let me know though--I called them, and they said they were done, so maybe they had been done for a while. That's my only complaint about them--I found I had to call them to follow up.

Thanks - It will be 4 weeks next Tuesday! I havent called them bc I don't want to be a pain in the butt, but I can hardly wait to get them back!!

about 1 month and same thing I called left a massage and they called me back letting me know that they were ready... soooo, doesnt hurt to call and find out

It's not being a pain in the butt..call them. I had to do most of the leg work when it came to getting my proofs, and when it was time to get my album finalized. If I hadn't called them, I wouldn't have known that my enlargements were ready, and that my album had not yet been sent to be done (even though I had finalized the layout almost a month prior.)

Just be on top of them. They are really good with getting back to you.

A little over a month about five weeks

Ours took about 6 weeks but our wedding was a holiday weekend so they probably had a lot of weddings that weekend.

Got mine today... word of advice.. BE A PAIN IN THE BUTT because I called last week and they said they would be in THIS Thursday.. but I called today and they were in... strange!

I also was frustrated that I called them and found out my proofs were sitting in the office for a week. However, they emailed my when they came in but the email got trapped in my spam folder!!!

about 5 weeks bc they had to mail them to me in Chicago.

So I emailed them yesterday to give them my new address and phone number and asked if i can pick up the proofs at their NYC office. Of course they responded, and just said - thanks for the updated info! GRRR..... I am going to callon Tuesday which is my 4 week mark.
