How long did it take to get your video

It's been almost 4 months since the wedding, and I haven't heard anything from them. I know videos take longer though, so I didn't want to call them if this is standard. Just wanted to see when everyone else received their videos (also, we gave a listing of songs prior to the wedding, and are not doing any type of photo montage with baby pics, honeymoon pics, etc.) Thanks!!

Duet told me it would take 4months from when we submitted our photo montage and music for the video to be complete. We handed in our stuff last month, so they said don't expect anything until June!

i got my un-edited video 2 weeks after the weeding.its 3 months since I handed everything back in to be made into the edited vidoe and i haven't hear anything. I have no clue when it will be ready either i dont remember them telling me how long

I spoke with mine last week, and he said it should be in my hands by the end of April... so just about 5 months from date of wedding.

My daughter got married 11/9/07. She just got a postcard saying the video is ready! I'm going to pick it up tomorrow and we're all going to watch it together when she gets home from work! So excited.

I can't remember exactly; but I think it was about 3 months

our video took about 1 month after we gave them the HM pics for the pic montage.

I my raw footage in about a month...I just submitted everything for my edited video and they said I'll have it back in about 2 months

She told me 4 months on the final album and 6 months for the video.
