Not for nothing, ladies, but this thread was started to ask about those of us having babies or TTC, so coming on here and saying things like, 'Not yet, we want to enjoy being married,' is a little rude and insensitive.
And I think it's pretty close-minded of you to think that just because some of us are having babies, that we're not 'enjoying' our marriages If anything, I'm able to enjoy it MORE now that I know I've created a whole new life with my new husband. I'd say that's probably the best way I can think of to 'enjoy' your marriage!

Ummmm. not one person on here said anything negative about people who get pregnant quickly! Of course it's a blessing to have a baby at any time!

Took them 4 cycles just to get me to ovulate with meds
I've had 5 inseminations with meds
I'm now seeing my second reproductive endocrinologist.
I'll now about the last one on Monday but I still think another BFN
I've cut out alcohol, caffeine, processed sugar and eat organic... still nothing
We will be moving on to IVF shortly



DH is 37 and I'm 35. We are the only one of our friends and family who wants kids and doesn't have them.

I had hoped to be on maternity leave by now. Congrats to all of the new mommies, you are very blessed and lucky.

This prayer is phrased in the plural and written in the voice of a married couple. It is easily adaptable for an infertile person to say on her or his own.

On our bed at night, we sought the one our hearts ached for; we sought, but did not find, that one.
How lovely you would be, so we imagine, how lovely!
Every part of you would be fair; no blemish would mar your coming.
Who is the one that shines through like the dawn,
Beautiful as the moon,
radiant as the sun,
awesome as hosts draped in their colors?
Who is the one that our hearts wait for, wait for, as the watchman for the morning light?

In You, God, our ancestors trusted,
In You they trusted, and You answered them.

TTC for a couple months now. No success with a baby yet, but having spent about 20 years using birth control, I have to say, it's lots of fun to ditch it!
