I'm in PsyD (doctoral) program for Clinical Psychology. Im in the beginning of my 3rd year and probably have 3 more of coursework and a 1 yr internship.

congrats! now i see why you said theres never enough time for studying!! whats your area of interest in the medical field?
I plan to work w/ ppl w/ chronic illness/disabilities.

I am, sort of......
While I technically finished my 'time' in 2003 (got PhD in biochem), I was awarded a grant which pays for me to get trained as a neurobiologist. So, last year I went back to grad school AGAIN and took 8 credits of grad neurobio. Next spring, I'll take neuropharmacology. Mericfully, this semester, I have a reprieve.
I'm sooooo tired of school. I've only had 8 semesters off since the fall semester of 1990. I'm ready to QUIT ALREADY!

I graduated with my BS in May. Im taking this year off and next year I'll be going back for my Masters in School Counseling. I'm really looking forward to finally taking classes that will actually pertain to my career.

Well..here's my story...... I didn't go to college after high school...I went right to work. After a couple of years of working, I landed a job at a fashion company where I've been for the past 7 years. I LOVE it. Now i'm going back to school to get my Associates (part time at night), then maybe Bachelor's in Fashion Merchandising Management. Going to FIT in NYC.
They may transfer me into a planning position..which I want badly. I'm getting my degree to make myself more marketable. I think I'll be done in about 3 years.
and everyone in the class last night was younger than me!! (at least I think so)
