How many rose petal cones are neeed.

How many rose petal cones are neeed.

For those brides that have used them, how many should I make One cone for each guest? One for each couple? or somewhere in between?
I should mention that I am getting married at the hall, so I expect most of the guest to be at the ceremony.

I had 180 at the reception so you can figure that some didn't go to the wedding and some came to the wedding who were not invited tothe reception. I easily used 100 cones and honestly, I did not need anymore than that.
