I say 5 days-all day at work, up and down....I do really need to start going to the gym or jogging or something

I Like your Answer Peggie.
I do Alot of running around 10 hours a day/ 4 days a week. I am Soo Tired, I can not even think about the gym or working out.
I would like to go to the gym & work on certain areas, but I am Beat after work.

5-6 days a week. During the school year it gets tougher though and it's usually 5.

my membership was on a freeze for the summer - but gets back on tomorrow.. so going to try to get back to my routine - 5 days for about an hour and a half...
we'll see how that goes!

I run 5 days a week right now and billy blanks boot camp, but during the day at work, I am constantly walking around the hospital.....up and down stairs......hallways......everywhere......

between work and grad school its zero but after january i hope to become more active, although i have to admit running up and down the stairs from the 1st floor to teh fourth is a REALLL exercisee
