YES I understand your flights have been cancelled
There are over 1000 flights cancelled and we are trying EVERYTHING WE CAN to get you on another carrier so you can get to your destination.
You must understand that you are not the only one trying to rebook your flight.
With over 1000 flights cancelled ALL OF THE FLIGHTS THAT ARE NOT CANCLLED ARE SOLD OUT
I can not snap my fingers and make a seat appear for you. Would you like me to lend you my private jet?
Oh one other thing, if we can get a seat a flight, please just be thankful for having a seat………..dont rip me a new one because you cant get a seat in first class.

Oh geez I feel so sorry for you.

If American and all the others would fix thier planes properly maybe there wouldn't be a bad day at work. Just remember it isn't your fault.

I can't imagine how crappy people get
