Both my parents and DH's parents live in the same town, which is one town over from us. I see my IL's about once a week or once every week and a 1/2. I see my parents whenever I feel the need as does DH with his parents

We sort of have a standing Friday night pizza with his parents every week unless one of us has something else to do. We live about 20-30 mins away.

My ILs live in NC. We haven't seen them once since the wedding. They moved down there in 2003 and we have visited them once since then. ![]()

My DH sees them about once a week. I am a bit busier so for me it seems like every two weeks. But we only live about 5 mins apart.
Unfortunately, we don't see my family as much. My sister & I are trying to convince my mom to move back to the Island.

We probably visit his parents twice a month since we live in the same borough, my mother we see her probably once a month since she leaves farther.

Well considering my MIL lives in NM, we average about once a year. And she comes to New York about once a year. So I really only see her twice a year for a couple days at a time.

My in-laws live in PA. Ideally we like to get down there once a month/every 6 weeks, but this past winter we were sick then his niece and nephew were sick, BIL was sick, etc. We saw them last month for the first time since Christmas.
We see my parents every couple of weeks but when we move out of Queens this month that will become less frequent too.
