since we live about 10 minutes from dh's parents, at least once a week.
We live closer than that. .8 miles. We could walk in 10 minutes, but I don't go there every week. I just can't.
They do have frequent family gatherings though. We went about a month without seeing them, but we saw them Sunday & will see them again next week.

she lives 2.6 miles away. we're there at least once per week, sometimes twice, sometimes more than that.
Last week, I left work early, but then I got locked out, so I walked to her house to wait for DH to finish work and come get me.

il's live in florida, sometimes we are in Florida and don't tell them.
We have tons of friends in FL and usually go for long weekends. Once FIL or MIL know we are there, then they put a guilt trip on DH no matter how much time is spent with them. They are divorced, so no one is ever happy. DH at this point would rather not see them

Holidays and family occasions, though we live 20 mins away from his parents and my mom. I have dinner with my mom every week, he has dinner with his parents every week...

once every other week.. on average.
the drive takes 3 minutes (4 if you catch any red lights ) but we're all lazy once we get home.... but sometimes ill just go over there to drop something off, and end up staying for a few hours

they live in MI, so a few times a year. last year during the wedding planning it was much more often, because my MIL made my dress - so i had several fittings - but it was a great opportunity to get together.

At least once a week. We're house hunting around where they live. We stop by every Sunday to get the paper and go to Open Houses.
