Ditto. Only way I get regular is if I drink tea evey day; jjust celestial seasonings, nothing fancy but it keeps em on track.

wow, i'm so not normal, i only go about once a month when aunt flo is in town... i've been to many doctors and they cannot figure it out, and they dont say its fine, but they can't figure out how to change it... I don't mind it actually... maybe it has something to do with the fact i don't eat a lot. who knows

whoa. have you been to a GI specialist? im not sure how they say its fine to not go more than once a mth? i have had issues w/ not being regular, and i felt so sluggish and my stomach was cramping or bloated. and i just felt sick! but i never went that long w/o going. does it make you feel sick? do you take fiber? i eat two fiber choice daily and my diet includes alot of fiber.

Actually I've read that 2-3 times per day was normal, meaning most of us aren't 'normal'.
I have a lot of fiber in my diet. I'm 'normal'
