how to submit an announcement to newsday

how do i go about getting the form to submit an announcement to Newsday?
I don't get it delivered...is there a way I can do it online?

You have to request a form (send self addressed stamped envelope) and return via regular mail.

I think you can get the address on Newsday online ...
