how was everyone's commute in today?!

how was everyone's commute in today?!

mine was okay until i got half way to work... sunrise hwy in eastern suffolk SUUUCKED!!!! i spun out a bunch on the side roads too!

i cancelled my afternoon visits today b/c of the bad roads... so you bytches have me here till 4pm today!! haha

Mine was alright. It took me the same amount of time to get to work as it normally does. However, it doesnt even look like a snow plow came through on Glen Cove Road. So that was a pain in the a$$.

Also I was able to see a W.B. Mason truck plow into 4 other cars! Everyone seemed ok though.

I live in Queens but work in Nassau- my commute is always the same when it snows- its fine until the edge of Nassau and then its awful- they do an amazing job clearing the roads in Queens, but Nassau is awful at it

yeah eastern suffolk is horrible at it too... at least where my job is

Mine was ehhhhh I left at 6am,, and was at work at 6:50am. But I had time to stop at Starbucks

IT wasn't too horrible. The roads wer still a little iffy...sunrise hwy headed west had some iffy spot. DH and I left a little earlier since we thought the roads would s u c k. ONce we got to Baldwin he dropped me off at the LIRR and my train was running 7 min late.

It was good until I had to take the back roads to get to my job. I was driving like at 20 miles per hour. All of that then my back was killing me as soon as I got to work so now I am working from home. I hate back spasms Does anyone else get them?

Just the inside roads in my area suck, but the highway was perfect...i took my husbands car today mine is back wheel drive and its really bad in the snow/ice.

Like you are getting stabbed in your spine. Its horrible. The pain is so strong that you get nauseaus. No matter what position you get in it's uncomfortable. The worse thing is you just have to wait for them to pass.

no i cant say i've gotten that... but it sounds HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
