My dad brings a case of rainbow cookies home all the time... he knows someone who distributes them to local businesses and all they do is place them in there own packaging! I didn't know this until I saw a pretty well know Italian store doing this and I was like that is the box my dad brings home!

Yum...they are one of DH's favorite. I want to make them for him when I get my kitchenaid back from my mom.

Funny story:
One time DH and I were at CVS after we had just been at the gym for awhile. He picks up a package of rainbow cookies and I'm like no you can't get that we're trying to lose weight and we just went to the gym. So then he says very seriously: 'Buy these for me or I'm going to steal them from the store.' I didn't know he didn't have his wallet. Also the guy in front of me looked at us like we were crazy.

OMG its so funny bc yesterday I went to the Deli next to where i work and while i was waiting in line, i was right in front of the rainbow cookies and I kept thinking about them. Last minute I decided not to get them but I kept thinking about them and today I said im gonna get them and they didn't have any left now im craving them
