just read your response Jenn- good response- we had a couple of no-gifters and I wouldnt have thought to bring it up too rude in my opinion.

Lately though, I have been feeling guilty about not sending thank yous to a couple of those- but I cant seem to make myself be the bigger person- it hurt my feelings that they couldnt at least give us a card.

But like I said - I did get gifts from 3 people since sending the thankyous out in late Feb ... some things off our registry from DH's cousin and her husband, and then two of his other cousins in their 20s (one who came and one who didnt) gave us two separate gifts - each gave $50 and a crystal piece (a vase and a bowl). I do not like the crystal, not sure what I will do with them (I can't really return since I am not 100% sure where they go them) but the money is nice.

So if you send thank yous for just coming, you might be surprised and get a gift!
