i am so mad!

just stupid work stuff... I just flipped out over something.. I can't really get into detail, but I'm so mad that I'm fighting tears!

I just dont understand how after 5½ years I'm still treated like I've never had a job before (um... this isn't my first job) and the just general lack of communication from one party.

because of someone else's mistake and attitude, I get yelled at.

I'm sorry to be a downer... I could just use a hug right now.

but on a good note... its my 4 monthiversary today!

I know exactly how you feel. At my old job, I used to feel that way. I always blamed it on looking way younger than my age. Management changed so much through the 6 years I was there that the my last set of bosses, never realized that I was in my mid 30's with a master's in Finance and Computer Information Systems. They never gave me any respect......When they realized what my background was in, it was during my meeting with them when I gave my two weeks notice and by then it was too late.

Hugs for you! I feel your pain! I'm always fixing things and explaining to my boss what happened to something. I learned to keep a marble notebook (you can add or rip out pages to it) and keep notes of things that people do and say with dates and times so that I can keep track of it and have back up. I take on MUCH MORE responsiblity thsn I'm supposed to and the CEO told my boss recently 'she can have a raise if she does more work then she does now'. SERIOUSLY? I don't even have time to do the work I have now, let alone take on more! A$$!!! So like I said, you are NOT alone!

omg...... and theres more...

i was stuck here late on monday because of a credit card..
long story short, i was told a price, i ran said price. then i found out i have to charge tax, to i voided the last transaction and tried to re-run it, with tax.... well it was declined THREE times. at that point i left.. i dont get paid when i stay late or come in early..

so i was under the assumption it was taken care of...

nope. it ends up the person who refuses to communicate with everyone gave the customer a random discount (he does that often... you're the 19th caller today, you get 75% ) well considering he finally decided to come to work (um, haven't seen him since thursday) he says that i didn't do it right (didn't tell me, told the mom who told older son who told me)
so now i have to credit the entire invoice and credit card out and re-do it!

its just so annoying!
