I have been trying to drink the 64 oz. a water a day and I find it difficult so I bought the 64oz. jug filled it up and it sits on my desk. It reminds me to drink water every time I see it. I am 3/4 done drink it already.
I just thought I would share!!!! I bought it at CVS for like $4.

It really does help...if I dont see it I totally forget to drink it but when its right in your face how do you not drink it.
I totally recommend buying it and it saves on buying water bottles.

we have the water jug at work with the little itty bitty cups, i guess 8oz i try and fill up 2 or 3 cups at a time and keep it at my desk because im too lazy to get up several times to get more water! lol but if its sitting at my desk ill totall drink it! i need one of those!!

Ahhh, I do this too. But I buy the big smart water, which is only 34 ounces. I usually drink 3 of these in a day. I am CONSTANTLY going to the bathroom. So annoying, but its worth it...drinking water is so good for your body and your skin too!

I plan on going to the gym later so I tend to drink at least 16 oz of water there and then for dinner. I am not doing it to do it but I am going to be thirsty and my doctor said I should really drink more water for my blood pressure.

ITA...I actually drank like 4 liters of water the other day and I had a massive headache for like 24 hours straight. I heard that too much water can bring on bad headaches. My body was practically poisoned with water.

I have one as well. They are great. But be careful even though they say its good to drink 64oz of water u dont always need that much per day. Everyones body is different & when they say 64oz of fluids per day that includes any other fluids u take in such as coffee or juice etc. Not just water. so be careful. You do not want to cause Hyponatremia.
Just a FYI
Hyponatremia is a condition in which your blood level of sodium is abnormally low.
Sodium, an electrolyte, helps regulate water levels in the fluid in and around your cells. In hyponatremia, one or more factors — ranging from an underlying medical condition to excessive water intake during endurance sports — cause sodium levels to drop. When this happens, your body's water levels rise, and your cells begin to swell. This swelling can cause many health problems, from mild to severe.
Hyponatremia treatment is aimed at resolving the underlying condition. Depending on the cause of hyponatremia, you may simply need to cut back on fluids. In other cases of hyponatremia, you may need intravenous fluids and medications.

This is EXACTLY what I do. I freaking love smart water. Except on days I do Bikram (like tonight) I drink TWO in one class!
Yes I am in the bathroom peeing all the time. But that's important. It flushes toxins and waste out of your body. Very important to let all the pees come out!!!
