i have like a 15 hr work day tomorrow and i cant sleep i hate this

I hate when that happens, usually i drink a hot glass of milk w/ some honey, I dont know what but its soothes me! Also you can try drinking some hot chamomile tea (ofcourse caffeine free). Or read a really boring book till it makes you sleepy! haha
