its on my thumb, i cut myself before the wedding & after my cut, it grew & it gets bigger & bigger

they probably will - but probably not today. Don't worry - when they do it you won't feel it. They also might be able to just drain it. Which sounds yuck but is no big deal. Either way it won't hurt - just a little after maybe. Good luck!
