does anyone else have people in there life that copy pretty much everything they do , say , go , act...get ..etc


how do you freaking deallllllll

nobody wants to copy me

they just hate the original

but if i did have one yes i woud def find it annoying!!!!!!

yes at first it was flattery! but to the point now where u say something ur gonna go, the next day they either have it bought it or its on the way

its at the point where we aren't gonna say anything anymore

Not right now but growing up people did this ALL the time. I kinda learned to stop sharing info and it used to hurt my feelings but then I realized that imitation is the best form of flattery so I just rolled with it. There isn't really anything u can do.


I knew a girl (friend of mine)who in college even bought the same year make model and color car as me...it was weird. :\

i did and it was annoying because I would talk to her husband about the brand of jeans i wear or the bags i buy and he would laugh at me but the next week he'd tell me his wife went out and bought the same stuff.

i keep my mouth shut now.

never had that problem!!!

Yeahhhh I've gotten used to people biting my steez as I like to call it Like Natalie I stopped sharing info, which really helps but is hard! As far as people copying material things or style and all, I don't give a rats asss. I used to care when I was younger, but I've learned it really is the sincerest form of flattery, and just live my life. Coll, You are the Queen and you must get used to your court imitating you!!!!!!

I hate it also bc it has been happening to me my whole life by my sister. What really cracks everyone in the family up is that she is my OLDER sister and absolutely copies everything about me... from my hairstyle to the way I decorate my house to the outfits I wear to family gatherings. She will actually call me up before a function to see what I am wearing, so we can 'dress like twins'!!!
In fact she wants to renew her vows (she has only been married 3 years) so she can have a reception at the Garden City Hotel. My Mom is trying to talk her out of it!!! UGH HATE IT!!!!!! Drives ME INSANE!!!

well she probably ADMIRES everything you do!!...

YES INDEED!!!! this has happened to me many times.

I think I just ignore it... and then take it as a compliment. They must be admiring something about me that makes them want to act/do/say/buy things in an effort to copy me.
