I just got a call from my dad that he's taking my mom back to the hospital. She has been feeling like c rap ever since her last surgery (about 2 or 3 weeks ago) and she went to the dr. last week and had blood taken. Well they got the blood test results and she needs a blood transfusion. Her blood count levels are really low and they arent sure if she is bleeding inturnally somehwhere. She's most likely goign to have to stay there!
Update-
My dad called and they dont think they she is bleeding internally which is a good thing! They are giving her 4 pints of blood and they are most likely admitting her. Thanks for all your prayers! Please keep them coming!

Gail I'm so sorry to hear that. That happened to my nephew after being attacked by his friends dog but after they ran further test the transfusion was not necessary he just had to take Iron and antibiotics. Hoping for the best.

I think its a definite for the transfusion. She has been so weak and just feels like she could sleep for days. Right after the surgery she had a little pin hole in her belly that was leaking blood into a bag(sorry TMI) so maybe its because of that she she has such a low red blood cell count. Hopefully she's not bleeding anywhere else!
