I have 2 new BFFs!!

My crock pot and rice cooker

Why, oh why have I not used them sooner????

I made Roz's Sante Fe CHicken with some Quinoa and it was so easy and delicious

I can't wait to try another recipe with my two new BFFS

I love how Roz posts all her recipes she uses. SHe gives me so many ideas. I haven't yet tried my crockpot but I want to try that Santa Fe chicken too!

I've never used a rice cooker...what's the difference between that and just making it in a regular pot?

glad you love the crock pot!!!

i dont know how i lived without it.

check out sandra lee semi homemade cook book for the crock pot. she has two. ive made a couple from her books. man did they come out good!!!

Its easy and cooks rice perfectly...you put in the rice, add water and turn it on. Its cooks quickly and then keeps the rice warm until you're ready to eat
