I went to Employee Health for my annual physical yesterday and they told me that I've gained 25 lbs in 3 years. Ugh.

Ugh I need to join. Right now i'm trying to watch what I eat and go the gym. We'll see how it goes.

I have all the WW books so i'll use that for now.
