I know its probably been asked....

So DH and I are planning a little weekend getaway. We've done Boston, DC, AC, Vineyards. Looked into block island, cape cod, etc and they are all booked for the rest of the month.

So we were going to do Baltimore but someone just mentioned the Berkshires....anyone ever been? Is there anything to do? Anyone ever go to Vermont or NH??

I've been to the Berkshires, for a sorority retreat. Not too much to do there.

What about Philly? Ocean City, MD? Martha's Vineyard?

Been to Ocean City and I looked into Martha's/Cape Cod/Block Island and everywhere is pretty much booked for the month.

O and I looked into Philly, so I go to tripadvisor to see the top attractions and the #2 attracation is 'Philadelphia Gay Bingo' lol

ok we went to the Wentworth resort in new hampshire a few years ago. it was absolutely phenomenonal. really, just amazing. We went in august, did river kayaking, drove up mount washington, chilled in our private outdoor hot tub lol. now that i'm thinking about it, it was actually like 7 years ago!!!! but definitely recommend.

I agree! On our way to D.C we spent a day in Baltimore and it was alot of fun!

i also agree that baltimore is a ton of fun. we go there a lot, my sister & her fam live down there.

cruise to nowhere..those are fun

are you sports ans..maybe go to cooperstown or toronto to he hockey hall of fame

what a bout a weekend in manhatta..stay in a hotel go see a show etc

I love baltimore!!!

there is a bar called Duda's Tavern (in fells point) they have the best crab cakes ever!!!!
we felt famous last time we were there! (even tho i wasnt really a duda at that point lol)

If you decide on Baltimore you should also consider going to Annapolis for a day. It's about a 30 min drive and Annapolis is beautiful. There are lots of great shops, boats and marinas, great restaurants to pick crabs, and of course, the naval academy.

Baltimore is fun - the National Aquarium is amazing!

DH went to Baltimore sometime in the last year. The guys are on this baseball stadium kick. He had a good time. He loved the aquarium!!

What about out east? Greenport, Montauk, or Shelter Island?
