when you ask for info, you actually get info on what your talking about, not people posting info that you didn't ask for

I like it cause theres a lot more boards and usually alot more goin gon, its just that (which its happened before) where I ask for info, and someone posts one thing off the topic, and there goes the thread, everyone from that point on posts about that one thing, that i could care less about

I love LIF much more than LIW. I have been checking in here a lot more lately, but I went for a few months without posting. I like that there is a lot more posters over there and I love the fashion and beauty, TTC, Pregnancy, NFR boards.

I think I saw the post you are talking about .... sometimes I think people start out with good intentions trying to offer helpful advice, even if it isn't what you asked for ... but from what I have seen, things have a tendency to snowball into something entirely different.
LIW is a nice safe place for us because we have become accustomed to one another, after chatting for 2 years. I you all, you have been there for me more times than I can count in the last 2 years and I would have lost my mind a long long effin time ago if it wasn't for y'all!
The Home Board on LIF has been a great source of advice and information to me ... and we are only casually looking right now. I imagine it will be a fantastic resource as we continue on our search, and hopefully find a home.
TTC / Pregnancy / Parenting is really overwhelming to me because we are no where near that point in our lives, and there just seems to be so many more things involved in TTC than I would have imagined.
NWR is good for fun, random facts, and the chance to be a drama observer.
