I'm back - what'd I miss?

Hawaii was INCREDIBLE. Correction: Kauai was INCREDIBLE. Now that I've been to Oahu, Maui, Hawaii (big island) and Kauai, I can say Kauai is my absolute favorite, and the one I'd chose to go back to again and again.

We actually stayed on Kauai 2 days longer than planned - we just didn't want to ever leave. The North shore was amazing - so lush & tropical. We felt like we were someplace much more exotic then the US! Never got that feeling on the other islands.

Lisa - welcome back! I am so glad you had a great vacation. I love Kauai and wish I could go back too!!!!! I can't wait to see your pictures!

I leave for SF real soon...I will definitely give you a call and hopefully we can meet up....how is the weather there? I still need to pack.

speaking of warm, Denise, its been warm here (highs near 70) and thats supposed to last awhile. But you never know, so pack accordingly. Lows in the 50's.

Welcome back. Kauai is the favorite of almost everyone I've ever gotten feedback from. Something I'll have to keep in mind when I take DH there for his 30th.
