Re: I'm pathetic, but help me anyway...
we were away for our 6 months attending a wedding in Baltimore. I had the hotel set up our room with champagne, pastries, chocolate covered strawberries and candles. I went upstairs while Al finished checking in, changed into something 'nice', and lit all the candles. So when he came up, the stage was set for a romantic evening. Not sure this helps you at all - but you could do the same at home...

Thanks ladies - it's so last minute, so I just don't know what to do...I guess I'll suggest dinner out, and I ran out at lunch and bought him a love card...LisaT - Hubba hubba
Sounds like a great night! I wish I had time to get a new 'something nice'!!

For our 6 months, I cooked a nice dinner, we had some wine & some fun at home.
We are planning on going away for our 1 year, so we didn't do anything craze for the 6 month mark.

Forget about a gift certificate, why not give him a really good massage! Get some massage oil, candles, etc. A good massage only leads to better things afterwards!

Re: I'm pathetic, but help me anyway...
The only thing I did was give Roger card and chocolates. He sent me flowers. I don't think you have to make a big deal about the 6 mos anniv. The 1 yr now that's the one to make a big deal about. Whatever you do, have fun and enjoy.PS mine is in 50 days
