i'm still sick

i think i have a sinus infection...

I stayed in most of this weekend. friday i slept as much as i could... saturday i stayed in, except to run to stop and shop to get stuff for dinner.. i was lazy most of the day though (oh and i made stuffed shells and a calzone)..
then sunday... i had a dance show. i had rehearsal beforehand because one of my kids called out sick... so, yea... that did me in... i mean, i re-choreographed the number, just walking... then during the show i lined the kids up and sat and watched most of it, then went out for my bow. then i sat the rest of the time... so its not like i was jumping around or anything...
and last night i thought i was feeling better... then this morning.
i felt 10x WORSE.
my throat was on FIRE, i mean.. that woke me up. my nose is stuffy.. my ears are so clogged i can barely hear anything. my eyes feel like they're being pushed out from the inside.

and now i'm babbling... anyway, any of you girls have any remedies for sinus infections? I don't have Rx coverage and i'm allergic to a few things (um Amoxicillin and z-pack among them)
so... i'm looking for OTC stuff.
i've been taking the new advil congestion relief. it does help 'open up' airways.. but i dont feel like its doing much else. at least with like mucinex that always 'broke things up'.. but mucinex has been giving me bad dizzy spells.

ETA: If you don't have RX coverage, you could explain that to the Doctor and they could give you samples if they have

Or go to Target. They charge you $4 (if you don't have script coverage) to fill your perscriptions.

Airborne and Mucinex. Though really you need antibiotics to get rid of an infection. I know you said you're allergic to z-packs (which is what they normally give me), but there's others they could prescribe.
