if you love SPICY mexican food...you will love this!!!
the Tomatillo's can be hard to find but I went to a spanish supermarket in freeport and got them so if u have a spanish neighborhood in your area they probrably have it.
it is VERY spicy...not like hot sauce spicy...more like catch you in a few seconds in the back of the throat pepper spicy.
I made it with white rice and black beans instead of tortillas or tacos (with calabaza in the beans)
for the beans I used 1 can goya black beans, 1 small can tomato sauce, same measure can of water, 1/2 packet goya sazzon, 2 tablespoons of Goya Recaito, 1/3 cup cubed calabaza, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, and a few shakes of adobo.
