i need IPOD HELP!! im sorry i am annoying

ok..i found an ipod...well 2 of them..i dont know the difference and which one is worth it..and i have to return 1 of them..they were so hard to find..i bought a 20 gb which holds 5000 songs..and it comes with the apple itunes software for the computer. usb cables for easy connection to the pc..and an ac adapter..ok the next one i bought was a 30 gb which holds 7500 songs..and that was it..just the ipod..I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THESE THINGS..they were both $300 and i dont know what i need for these things..do i keep the 7500 songs and buy the extras? if i do what do i need for it..i know something for my dh car..but what else..thanks so much..and this is my last ipod question..(i hope)

I bought my DH the 20GB one last Christmas and he still has a bunch of room on it (and he is a musician with a ton of music-he thought it was plenty of space).....I would keep that one with the accessories and maybe buy a car adapter thing and then you are all set. GL!

I guess it depends on how much music your DH has. My DH bought the 60 GB one just before our wedding and it's COMPLETELY FULL. He is actually going back through and deleting music to make space. He also has the software, the USB connector, the AC adapater, the FM transmitter, and the car charger (if you get a transmitter the battery runs low very quickly). From what I've seen you pretty much need all the accessories except the FM transmitter/car charger in order to operate the IPOD. The FM transmitter is great if you travel a lot b/c you never need to worry about finding a good radio station.
