I need recipe ides for a grad party

I am throwing a party for my sister this coming Sat at my home... We are a big italian family..

this is what I have so far:
Sausage & peppers
penna a la vodka
pasta with pesto sauce
chicken parm
salad
chips & dip

am I missing anything??

I am having about 30-35 people here and praying to the weather Gods for nice weather!

How about just add some veggies? You have 2 meats, 2 pastas and a salad. Grilled Zucchini & eggplant might finish it off nice

Great idea!! I knew I was missing something... I guess I should do a fruit bowl as well..

Does anyone know how to make a good sangria??

Does anyone know how to make a good sangria??

I make a really nice white/sparkling sangria.

1 bottle Asti Spumante
1 bottle dry chardonnay or other dry white wine
1 cup or so of Apricot brandy (add more to taste)
1-2 cups seltzer (or last time I used 1 can peach fresca - so good)
A bunch of cut up fruit that you love - I usually use apples, oranges and maybe grapes
