I need some help with the Hamptons

So I'm in the processing of planning a b-party for my cousins wedding. The hamptons would be perfect but I really have no idea of anything out there. We're looking to go on a saturday night, go out stay over and do the boardy barn on sunday.

any ideas of good places to go out at night and stay over???

any suggestions would help!!! TIA

What time of year are you thinking of going? If it's peak season, a lot of the hotels and B&Bs have 2-3 night minimum stays. On the other hand, if it's not peak season, a lot of the night clubs are closed.

If you don't mind a little bit of a drive, there is a Best Western and a Holiday Inn in Riverhead. They may be more lenient with the minimum stays.

If you stay on the North Fork, you could also hit some of the wineries, if you have time.

Since you seem to be interested in the Hampton Bays area, there are a few clubs that are not too far from Boardy Barn -- Foggy Goggle and Turtle Bay. The more upscale places tend to be more towards East Hampton.

as of right now, i think it's looking like memorial day weekend, is that considered open season there?? i heard beach bar is fun, but don't know much about it

we don't need to stay near the boardy barn, we actually prefer to stay close to whatever bar we go to. also, i thought about the wineries, but she's more of a party girl than a winery girl at least for her bachelorette party anyway.

My bachelorette party with where we went

We stayed in hampton bays in like a 2 bedroom apt looking thing called colonial shores

Heres the website: http://www.colonialshoresny.com/location.html

I have no idea how much it cost (they didnt tell me) but i think it was one of the cheaper places to stay

I hope that helps!

i've stayed at colonial shores before, its very close to board barn so thats good, we walked to boardy barn from the hotel. Its on Tiana road and theres one place next to another there where you can stay.

Are you looking in Hampton Bays? I used to live there-the Hampton Maid is adorable and has the best breakfast IMO. I also love Inn Spot on the Bay. If you doing Boardy Barn, I wouldn't go further east than Southampton. FM me if you need more help!
