I have motivation!

1- think of the first times you worked out and your whole body hurt....that sore, wonderful feeling of muscles that you never knew you had

2- THe way your skin will look.....it always looks clear and glowing when you work out

3-you'll feel so good about yourself!

4-You can eat snacks and 'bad' stuff once in a while, and not feel guilty afterwards.

5-You're going to need to do fall shopping soon.

6-think of all the poeple you know who have gotten married and totally let themselves go. You don't want to be that way!

7-do it for yourself and for DH. Its considerate, healthy, and a habit to stick with

Re: I need some motivation please..

After the wedding I reduced my running to4 days a week (down from 6 times). I didn't gain any weight from the decrease, but I was tired all the time (I know the opposite of what you would think would happen)

Anyways, I was showing my mom's coworkers my pictures and they were like oh you were such a skinny bride . . . I remember when I was skinny. That was enough motivation for me. Since then I have started my running and lifting regime again.

You really just need to build it into your routine. Once work starts up again, I will pack my gym bag the night before and go to the gym directly after work, therefore there is no excuse.
