I need to add this to what Peg Said...read if you wish...no one will force you...Read this after reading Peg's post
Peg, I just got back and it is incredibly sad that no one has the guts to fess up who is causing all of this drama.
I love the fact that we are all supposed to be mature married women, and yet people are so brave when they can't be discovered, since you are too much a of a good person not to out the offenders, yet they have no guts to admit it in public.
Personally, I understand the realities of any chat forum, especially when you are dealing with a bunch of different people from different places, backgrounds, etc. Naturally, certain people will form bonds and friendships and certain people will not click. That is not a bad thing, and no one should have to feel like they are being ostracized or alienated.
But what was done to Peg was gutless. And with 554 views at presstime and 4 pages of responses, you would think those who did this would just be adults and fess up. No one deserves to be made to feel like garbage. If you don't like someone, that's fine. Keep it to yourself and your friends. However, I am ashamed that no one is coming out and admitting to being cruel and nasty. That is just pathetic. And whoever these people are should be ashamed to make someone so sick and upset.
There is no law that states you have to post to everyone. Personally, I like to share with the group, but I don't get offended if I don't click with someone or if people don't respond to me. We are adults. Get over it. You don't like me, I'll live. You don't like one of my good friends like Peg, I'll also live. I will still be married tomorrow, I will still share fun and laughs with everyone here, and life will continue as previously scheduled.
Bottom line. Whoever these people are owe Peg an apology. Don't take your issues out on another poster. If you don't like someone, ignore them. Don't post to their threads. They will live.
And some of those who complain about cliques on this board should re-examine their actions. Cliques, groups, or in reality, friendships develop. I know myself and Peg and other girls on this board will welcome anyone to our GTGs, or conversations with nothing more than open arms.
If you don't like this, don't post back to me. If you have a problem, share it with everyone and stop harassing and berating innocent girls who are just having fun.
Peg is a dear friend. We met here. We talk, we hang out. It happens. I am sure other girls have friends made here, and its a wonderful thing. We don't all have to hold hands and hug. And I will stand up for my girl, and any other people here who are unfairly targeted.
Once again, if you don't like this, don't respond. And don't view it 20 times and talk behind my back or anyone else's back. If you are brave enough, say it to our faces. We will get over it. And maybe, we can put this to rest, where it should be.
