I think I got ripped off!!!

I ordered something for DH over 3 weeks ago on half.com (ebay).. I was charged for it but never recieved the item. I have emailed the seller a bunch of times and they are not responding. There is no phone number either.

This happened to me last christmas on ebay as well and ebay customer service refused to give me my money back.

Any ideas on what to do?

Did you put it on your credit card? call your credit card company!

yes contact ebay and contact your card and cancel payment
