I LOVE this thread.
We have the house, but no babies for us EVER. Instead I have twin 16 year old step-sons (already potty trained too).

No baby, but I want one - have to wait though, hopefully no more than 2 years
No house - hopefully will have one late this year / early next
I do have a 5 year old pit bull named Dutchess though!
