I-Tunes Help

Can anyone tell me how to permenately delete something from I-Tunes library? I downloaded something for my FIL and I can delete the play list that I created but what I downloaded is still in my library and I really don't needed it anymore. Thank you in advance

Click on the line for that song and hit delete button. That should do it.
