i just had my hair dresser cut angles in my hair the last time i got it cut b/c i wanted something different, but not shorter.... she did a good job, but the arent that noticeable... so i was thinking MAYBE something like this (or would this tec. be layers, not angles )

yeah depending on the texture of your hair, layers like that might not even show that much or you have to do alot of work to get it to show, layers never worked well on me.

hmmm if you want something funky and new then maybe a different style since that has been done alot, reminds me of the jennifer aniston cut. Now its about getting it angled, the front longer and the back a little shorter. I only have short hair pics of this but they do it for longer too. Also what about at the same time dying it a different color for change

I'm always envious of those with short hair. I never look good. I have a short neck and it just never looks right on me.

i want to go short, but I feel like i have to wait till i loose some weight cause i feel like my face it oo heave and dh loves long hair...but....till than ..i need a change i got layers cut w a side bang in november, and my hair is a mess it doesn't look right, i was style and bounce! i know i'm a pain lol

depending on how its cut short hair that goes right around your face can make you look thinner. WHen i had long hair it was always pushed back so showed my round face more. Now with the way its cut, its always right around my face so actually helps in a weird way. Plus you dont have to go real short either. You can do it right to your shoulders or by your collar bone and you can do an angled look with bangs, that would all be different

i actually get my haircut at maximus at the source mall. the girl i see is Glendy. i love her! i have really short hair, and she always does such a great job.

i go to Arkadij which is on jericho turnpike off of mineola blvd in mineola....i have been going there since August and LOVE him....he did my color and cut for my sister's wedding and for mine and my newlywed chop and this past weekend i did red highlights and chopped it even shorter and love it...i highly recommend him

Good luck and definitely post pics whenever and wherever you get it done
