I would work his A$$ out bc when he is in better shape he is able to shake it better........

I think weight gain is an emotional and physical issue, and if you are a wife and can't work through emotional and physical issues, you weren't ready to be a wife in the first place!

T, what is he wouldn't want to lose it himself? Lets say a husband gains too much weight and looks totally gross, but still is too lazy to go to the gym?

I think it's really lame - and sc*mbaggy - to cheat on someone b/c they gained weight. There is obviously NO communication in the relationship if you can't go to your husband (or wife) and express concern for their health & well-being and offer to help in any way you can. Cheating is the easy, lame-a*s, way out.

I wouldn't be able to marry someone like that.
That is why my search is over bc RONNIE is me.
He cares for HIM what he looks like.
He takes care of his skin, hair, grooming , exercise....

I am so attracted to the fact that he cares about what he looks like and won't let himself go bc we are getting married!

I'm on only for a minute......

My baby has a little belly that I love to pinch - had it before we got married...he's conscious of it. I love his belly.......and if it got bigger, I know he would really start to do something about it. But for now, I actually like having something to hold on to.

Now I feel like squeeeeeeeeeeezing my baby!!!!!

I love a little love handle ... no way! Just like I wouldn't want him to cheat on me. I think love should lie deeper than looks, at least my love for him does!

I love my husband.

That is all there is too it. If he gained 50 lbs or lost 50lbs. If he went bald or dyed his hair purple. If he was in an aweful accident and looked like an alien...i would still love him just as much.

His appearance would not change that. And Im fairly certain that that sentiment goes both ways.

All of us will get ugly at some point in our lives. Even if you spend your life at the gym or at the plastic surgeons office..one day you will wake up and your boobs will sag or your wrinkles will obscure the beauty you once had or you will be too sick to care about washing your hair or you will have to have someone change your diapers or whatever.

Everyone has different expectations but I would not marry someone unless I felt that nothing as superficial as appearance could change my love for him. And i wouldnt want to be married to someone who didnt feel the same.

We're in this for better or worse. I would never leave or cheat on my husband because of weight gain or any other physical or mental flaw. I took a vow that I would be with him for the rest of my life (expect if he were to cheat on me).

People can end up gaining weight due to certain health issues. Now even if those people watch what they eat and work out, sometimes it may not make much of a difference. Would you cheat? Gaining weight is not always just because someone eats too much.

A little belly is no biggie. I've never been into guys who are more into their looks than me , if I have to fight him for the mirror, that's no good.

But seriously, I don't want my FI to end up a slob or anything, but some weight gain won't bother me. I know it does bother him if he gains weight, he's always been an athlete, and he's aggravated that he's got an extra 10lbs. on him now. But he's not a fanatic or anything.
