We've tried the nose strips and he hates them.
Mine only snores when he sleeps on his back, so when he does start snoring I nudge him and he moves positions it works 99% of the time. We havent tried the nose strips..do they really work?
My DH wears the Breathe Right Nose Strips. They really do work for him....and I am getting sleep so I am happy.
My DH doesn't snore but my dad did. He used to snore so bad!!! He also worked during the night and slept during the day. He got a sleep apnea test and got a machine and he doesn't snore anymore! SO Much better!
Sleep on the couch!!!
I usually give him the elbow and he rolls around and stops.

Same here- Brian only snores when he's on his back!! Nudging usually works as well!!![]()
i usually tell him to turn to his side.. i can't take it anymore
Occasionally he will snore and I just have to give him a nag an he automatically stops. It is pretty funny how he can just stop like that.
I usually ignore it, but if it is really bad I nudge him and he'll roll over and then I can fall asleep again.

Same here- Brian only snores when he's on his back!! Nudging usually works as well!!![]()
ugh no matter how many times i kick him or push him, he doesnt stop!!!!!!! i just said to him that i havent slept a whole night since we got married. the funny thing is he says he doesnt sleep. but he snores all night!!!!!!!!! its so annoying! i dont know what to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My DH snores so bad no matter how he lays and the nose strips and sprays dopn't do a thing. It's so bad that I try to get to bed before him so that I can fall asleep. If he's keeping me up, I usually go sleep on the couch. He is going to the ENT tomorrow...THANK GOD. I hope that they can do something.
