go to the past and hug, kiss and tell my grandparents how much i loved and appreciated every single minute i had with them
go to the future to know that we will get a great house for our first house (so i could stop stressing ) and know my life will work out and we're happy

break it!
i'm a strong believer that everything that happened in my past brought me to exactly where i am today (good things and bad things)... so i wouldn't change a thing!
and i wouldn't want to go into the future either.... i prefer to just take life as it comes

relive my wedding day
me too!!!! Definitely I want to have that day all over again. But I think I'd go into the future to see what the rest of my life has in store for me, then I'd go back in time & re-live my life from the beginning and fix all the mistakes I've made up to this point. I know I'd do a lot of things differently if I could do it all over again.

I'm a history teacher and I've always wished I had a time machine to go back in time and live in all of the periods I love teaching about for a week. I also always thought it would be fun to go back to the 50s and see my parents as kids.
I've never thought of going back to a point in my own life, but now that you mention it- I would LOVE to relieve my wedding day. I also would like to see what it was like to be a guest at my wedding.

Re: If I had a time machine, I would...
I would have liked to have met my grandparents, and know my father. My grandparents are deceased, and the last time I saw my father, was when I was 2. Never saw him again. As for the future.....whatever comes my way is ok for me, I'll take it in stride, like I always do, and cross that bridge when I have to.

Re: If I had a time machine, I would...
Go back & spend one more day with both my grandparents & let them know how much I appreciated them
Go back to the day I came home from my honeymoon & continue on with my workout so that I would not have gained the weight I did. Now I am having the worst time trying to loose it!

Have to say spend more time with my Grandparents and learn the history of our family more. I think we take that stuff for granted!! Now that I am older, I want to know as much as I can about that stuff and there is really no one to ask questions to

mmm this is loaded...I'm not gonna go with the big emotional sentimental stuff so I'm gonna keep it upbeat!
Well like everyone else YES relive my wedding day. I would NOT be the big stress ball I was that morning...and I would hire a DOC or at least have someone calm to figure out the schedule for the day! AND this way I could totally relive every awesome minute that just FLEW.
My other one would be to go back in time to when the Beatles first came to America. Yes I'm a nut. I'm obsessed with Beatlemania and I just wish I was around for all of that!

I guess I could go there...
I wish I could bring Brett with me back in time so he could get to know my grandparents- my Grandma would've ATE HIM UP! She'd be totally in love. And I'd go back and have Brett around more before my Dad got really sick so they could get to know each other better (Brett was still living in GA at the time so he wasn't in NY that often back then).

I was going to say see grandparents or my dad....but your post reminded me of something else I've always wished I could've done......I want to see Elvis in concert !!!! I always joke about how my mom should've taken me when I was a baby since I was only about 8 months old when he died
My DH would SO be with you! He's the Elvis fanatic, I'm the Beatles fanatic.
