....we wanted a good location....so we found a house right outside of Huntington VIllage ( we can walk there!) other then that...we had to re-do everything.....look at the before pics in my album....it has since drastically changed and I will post pics soon but our most important was location and how good re-sell value would be.....but that it also had enough rooms for us to at least have our first child in.....
