(like the Titanic where it was women and children first) would you have gotten into a lifeboat without DH or would you have stayed behind with him?
For me....I wouldnt get on a lifeboat without DH....I just couldnt.

I would never leave my DH's side because i would never be able to live with the fact i left him....but i also know he would force me to get on a raft and give me a convincing argument about how we would only be able to make it both if i left his side b/c it would be easier for him to try and save himself verse saving us both. But knowing my stubborness i would not leave him lol.
If we had kids,then thats a even more compicated situation, then DH would definitly give me no choice but to get into the raft with the kids b/c they need someone to take care of them and protect them.

oh gosh, so being that we dont have kids yet - if DH made me go, i'd totally pull some serious 'Rose' action (when she jumps off the lifeboat back onto the sinking ship - and they run searching for each other...then attack each other at the bottom of the clocktower staircase & start crying while jack tells her how stupid she is while kissing & squeezing her 'cause he can't believe she came back!).....can u TELL that's my favorite part of the whole movie?????? I'd never be able to leave him there!!!! i'd rather freeze on a floating piece of driftwood lol(mind u i would've found a way to get both of us on that thing!!!)

I believe that I would stay with DH. I honestly think I would rather die with DH than potentially be seperated from him forever. But to tell you the truth, if actually faced with the situation, I dont know if my answer would be different.

i wouldnt leave him!!! we would go down in the boat together! i could never live without him i would have to stay but i know him and he would try so hard to make me go on a boat

I would say that I would stay with DH but I really dont think he would let me stay. And if I had kids...I probably would go reluctantly, I would if nothing else want my children to be ok with one parent rather then none
