If you're looking for some good tv tonite...(10pm show)
i may be on my own here, but def check out the travel channel at 10pm. Its the premiere of Mark and Olly- Living with the Mek Trive (a tribe in Papua who live the same way they did a thousand years ago). I watched the whole last season on a marathon and DH and I were LOCKED in like Ive never been locked in before. So weird and interesting to see how these ppl live!
Just thought Id mention it!
Did anyone ever see the last season of this show?

Oddly enought...you kind of are not on your own. Im not usually drawn to those kinds of shows..DH is, but for some reason when he turns them on I cant stop watching....i dont think we watched it tho

Seriously check it out some time, if not tonite.
These two British men (ones a traveler and has done this type of adventure stuff before and the other is a writer/reporter) and they approach a tribe to see if they will take them in and teach them their ways for a few months but the SCARY thing is...like last season, the tribe is obviously on the defense and wants to protect their way of life so they usually see the new ppl as a major threat so they come out with arrows ready to fly Could definitely be killed in a second. I cant believe these guys do this.
NOt to mention, the tribe always makes them wear a hollowed out squash on their peters which is just funny to watch.
They sell any of those at the PP? I hear its a hot commodity (sp?)!!

mind you, i NEVER like these shows. but this has me so s ucked in and excited to watch it!
also..it was funny as balls last season (pardon the pun), the tribe men were laughing behind olly's back saying ...
'did you see olly washing himself earlier?'
'no was there a problem?'
'yes, his penis is HUGE!!! like nothing ive ever seen. its not gonna fit in the gourd we made for him!!'
these ppl have the best sense of humor..at least the last tribe did. the woman would sing these songs while working w/ mark and olly. and the guys would think they were the most beautiful songs bc they couldnt understand them at all. but the ladies of the tribe were singing about how lazy the men were.
