If you've been in a bridal party, were you always consulted about a shower date for the bride before it was booked?
Yes all the girls got together and picked a appropriate date and time for everyone in the bridal party.

I have three adults and two teenagers in my BP. The teens are my brother's daughters and are children of divorce. My brother sees them every other weekend and their mother does not make things easy for him. All I asked of the adults was to consult with my brother and his new wife to make sure a date they picked was not in conflict with his visitation. If they picked a weekend that they are supposed to be with their mother, guess what - no shower for them. I do not want them left out of anything. Consulting is important in my case.
