I have school tonight till 8:30 but I plan on picking up some Chinese and wine and surprising DH haha

It's been a toss up between Cheese Stuffed Shells with garlic bread, or Mozzarella Chicken with garlic Pasta. Both equally delicious - but i think I'll go with the shells (Dh's favorite) for tonight. And I'll save the chicken for tomorrow.

Im making veal cutlets pounded really thin dipped in flour and fried over pasta with lemon and scallions...omg its amazing

Well today is DH's birthday and his parents are having a dinner party at their house for him. DH made special requests, and can i say these things that done exist he took a take on from a different meal and asked for chicken franchaise, with a layer of eggplant on top and a layer of pancetta on top i am gonna go over to his parents house and i said i'll make the franchaise sauce, his dad is gonna make the rest.
Then dh said he wants peanut butter cake but just the frosting peanut butter and the cake yellow cake, again i told him that whenever they make peanut butter cake its with chocolate cake. BUT NO the prince gets what he wants so his mother had someone make it by placing a special order lol
im sure they'll have other stuff too
Have you ever been to La Parma? They have a chicken dish called Chicken La Parma this what it is so good your DH has good taste

Uggg I have no clue I can't think and my stomach isn't in the mood for anything! I told DH he is in charge which probably means we will go get pizza!

I made a crock pot meal today!! I used the receipe that the girls posted with the cream of mushroom soup and stew meat... smells so good!

Tonight is my Thursday night ritual! After work i'll get Sushi go home, put it in the fridge, take a shower, out on a fluffy robe, deep condition hair and wear mask. Then take out COLD sushi and watch Grey's and Private Practice....I LOVE my Thursday night rituals

I made pork meatballs (that sounds gross but it was actually pretty good) and lasagna rolls, with spinach and tofu and sauce and cheese. Mmmmm.

i made beef stew in the crock pot overnight last night & put it in the fridge this morning...DH comes home at 9:30 so i will heat some up and eat with him....i had a salad to hold me over

I had a board meeting at my place, so just after it ended up made myself my Boca Burgers but no bread. So good!
Im not sure what DH will eat when he gets home, I should probably call and ask if he wants me to make him something...
