I'll start it again today...What's for dinner!!??

I have school tonight till 8:30 but I plan on picking up some Chinese and wine and surprising DH haha

Hmmm I really dont know about tonight.
I'm thinking some sort of Pasta cause its my fav and I could eat it everyday (and it shows!)

When i was little my grammy would make the little pasta noodles and mash up broccoli and sauttee it in garlic and oil. it was so good!

Healthier fettucini alfredo with shrimp and peas.
Tomato and cucumber salad.

Well today is DH's birthday and his parents are having a dinner party at their house for him. DH made special requests, and can i say these things that done exist he took a take on from a different meal and asked for chicken franchaise, with a layer of eggplant on top and a layer of pancetta on top i am gonna go over to his parents house and i said i'll make the franchaise sauce, his dad is gonna make the rest.

Then dh said he wants peanut butter cake but just the frosting peanut butter and the cake yellow cake, again i told him that whenever they make peanut butter cake its with chocolate cake. BUT NO the prince gets what he wants so his mother had someone make it by placing a special order lol

im sure they'll have other stuff too

ohhh that's good!!! i keep missing Idol because of class but very excited that I get home by 9pm for Grey's on Thursday. Usually I make my schedule around it (I know I am crazy) but this semester it wouldn't work

it doesnt even make sense, he just made up a bunch of stuff to throw in together. I saw his poor dads face and was asking 'Ok so how exactly do you want it' should be interesting lol i just hope they will all go together. OH and i should gain about 10 pounds tonight, i mean a layer of chicken franchaise with a layer of eggplant and a layer of pancetta on top sounds like a heart attack on a plate lol

i'm solo tonight. I might make ww ditalini with beans and onions since dh only likes beans with mex food and that's one of my faves from childhood.

I try to make it, but it never comes out as good as hers. I think it's just a grandma thing. I mean, it's really easy??!? just never tastes like hers.

seriously mine is the same. his mom would fly to the arctic circle if he told her he wanted fresh salmon or something for his birthday. I was there over the weekend and she was telling me how she bought a pork roast and was marinating it, and I was like oh that's nice, I have extra potatoes if you want them, and she was going on and on about how she was making it 'for william when he comes over for lunch this week.' Then she caught my death stare and was like I would make you lunch every day too if you worked nearby! He is SUCH a spoiled brat, it's not even funny.
