Hi Newlyweds! I am Nautical Bride and am officially a Mrs. now. I just got back from my HM and wanted to say hello!!

Aside from the ceremony starting 20 minutes late (we bused in all of my relatives from Queens and the bus driver got lost), the wedding went very smoothly and mostly as planned.

Any nerves I had before the church got overtaken by joy and I walked down the aisle with a tremendous feeling of exuberance. I will never forget it.

Our friends have been slow to send pics, but I have posted a few. We also just got our HM pics back so I am posting some of those too. St. Lucia was gorgeous!

St.Lucia is gorgeous isn't it? We were there for 1 day on our cruise, but it was one of my favorties. Did you stay at the resort msot of the time, or did you go on any day trips?

We spent a day in the Grenadine Islands (we flew there and then met a catamaran to go snorkeling), but we weren't too impressed with the catamaran company. The snorkeling was not as good as it was right next to the Pitons, which was on our hotel's property. Plus, I cut my arm on a rock and they didn't have a first aid kit on board - not even a bandaid. They offered me a cloth soaked in RUM for my cut!!

We also did a sailboat charter and a trip to the volcano/sulfur springs and we went to the Ladera resort at the top of the mountains for dinner. That was a highlight - amazing view.

a rumsoaked cloth? oh no! We took a catamaran to the volcano sulfur springs, too. It is really cool, but so stinky!

PS- I love how you wore your hair!
