It's our 6 month anniversary and DH said he was cooking me dinner.
The last time DH cooked for me was about 4 years ago. He made steakums and fried them in oil and then microwaved the cheese on the bread. Ever since then, he doesn't cook b/c everyone calls him greasy steaks.
Should I have a backup just in case? lol

Hopefully he orders dinner and pretends he cooked it.
I would entertain him, too, and be like, 'babe, this is delicious.'

What a good wife you are. I would do the same thing. After J made me some horrible spaguetti a couple of years ago, he uses that as a crutch to never go in the kitchen. All he does is make reservations. My digestive system and I appreciate it.

I can come over and cook you a meal if his doesn't work out
Nah I am actually cooking some really good things Danielle. You would be proud. I just need to broaden my horizons and try new things...we need a cooking class date haha
But that is very sweet of Joey to do. I hope you enjoy it whatever he makes.
